Every lot ships with a standard documentation package. COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MTC (Mill Test Certificate) are mandatory; radiation certificate is required for Turkish ports; EUR.1 and A.TR are prepared on request depending on buyer market.
COA
Independent laboratory analysis for every lot. Specification values (Mn, Si, C, P, S, etc.) verified against contract thresholds; lots failing spec are rejected.
MTC
Producer mill's own test report. Paired with source traceability and production lot number; supports the COA as secondary documentation.
RAD
Mandatory for ferroalloy imports at Turkish ports. Issued for every container and bulk shipment; ensures uninterrupted port clearance.
EUR1
Certifies preferential origin for customs duty relief on EU exports. Prepared when exporting to EU buyers via the Dubai office.
ATR
Certifies free circulation under Turkey-EU Customs Union. Requested when a Turkish buyer re-exports to EU customers.
