Standard is FCL ~20 MT. LCL and pilot-lot requests are evaluated per product.
Sample requests are evaluated by product and quantity; you can start with a pilot lot and scale to volume.
We aim to respond to RFQs quickly, usually within a few hours, with pricing and delivery options.
Yes. We prepare offers for public and private tenders clause by clause against the specification. Attach the tender document, delivery point and schedule to your request; any technical deviation is stated separately in the offer.
Often, yes. We search our supplier network for off-catalog requests such as molybdenum oxide (MoO3), FeMo in a different Mo range or a special size. In the quote form, choose "Other / not listed" in the product list and write the product and spec.
T/T (bank transfer), letter of credit (L/C) and other agreed methods. Terms are negotiated per order.

Sea freight CIF is typically 28-35 days; when stock is held, dispatch from the bonded warehouse takes 24-48 hours. The exact time for your destination is stated in the quote.

Every batch comes with COA (EN 10204 3.1), MTC and a radiation certificate; for European shipments, EUR.1 / A.TR movement certificates on request.
A retest, return or replacement procedure is applied; our quality commitment covers the entire batch.
Yes; on request, pre-shipment inspection can be arranged by bodies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek.
